Lavandula angustifolia (vera, officinalis)

This ‘true’ lavender is unfailingly gentle and one of the most versatile tools of the aromatherapist. Tinderbox sources this oil from where it grows best – at high altitudes in France. The scent is quintessentially lavender and the preferred option for perfumery. Truly the most normalising, cleansing and calming of all essential oils. Lavender hybrid Lavandin is also available.
